Q) Do you have a shop ? Can I come and try things on ?

A) No. We keep our prices low by not having the overheads of a shop. Being internet only also allows us to keep a much larger range than any retailer on your high street.

Q) Can I collect from you ?

A) Not normally no. Our address in London is the office and the warehouse is in Cheshire. If you want to collect from the warehouse in Cheshire it can be arranged but is not encouraged.

Q) Do you have a catalogue ?

A) No. A catalogue is expensive and we would need higher prices. All our stock and all the information you could need is on the website. If you need to know anything else, then please contact us.

Q) Why is there no delivery note in the package ?

A) You recieve an order acknowledgement email and can print out a full invoice if required from our website. We like to minise our environmental impact and delivery notes are wastefull.
